I've chosen to shift my focus from mostly consuming to actively creating. It's easy to get caught up in endless doomscrolling, but I believe putting in the effort and energy into writing blog posts here would be a better use of my time. This builds on what I'm already doing offline - my daily journaling and self-reflection practice.
